7 Days of Self-Love
You cannot pour from an empty glass. Similarly, in order to spread the joy, kindness and love that you intend to, it’s important to make sure that you give it to yourself first. The bravest thing you can do is accept and love yourself for who you are while simultaneously striving for growth. Own your story and embrace the journey of self-love. This month of love, we invite you to begin your journey of self-love by starting the potentially life-changing habits listed below and take a huge step towards holistic wellbeing.
Day 1: Exercise
It’s time to finally stop procrastinating and get up and smash that workout you’ve been planning to do. Give your body the extra love and care it deserves for protecting and sustaining you. It’s not too late to start treating your body like the temple it is!

Day 2: Meditate
Your mind makes you all that you are and it surely deserves all your affection. Gift yourself the blessing of meditation and discover the path to self-acceptance and peace. Simply adding a 20-minute meditation session to your day can do wonders to help you power through the rest of the day!
Day 3: Eat healthy
Your body is the site of all activities and it needs the appropriate amount of nutrients and vitamins to bring out your best self. Keep yourself amply hydrated and add greens and superfoods like hemp seeds to your diet and feel the difference!

Day 4: Take out time for Skincare
Our skin does so much for us, it protects us from sunlight, dirt and ever-increasing pollution. It is essential we give it the attention and devotion that it so rightfully deserves. Take out time in your day to pamper your skin and make up a skincare routine that suits you.

Your thoughts dictate your actions but we know that sometimes these thoughts can be too overwhelming. Penning down your thoughts in a journal will unburden your heart and mind is essential to practising self-love!

Engrossed in our daily hustle, we often tend to leave behind the hobbies that once brought us joy. This is your reminder to draw, paint, sing, dance, or go back to any other hobby that gives you satisfaction and contentment.
Day 7: Take a break from technology
While we can’t argue against the many advantages of technology and social media, sometimes it can very well prove to be straining. It is essential to take a break now and then from the fast-moving online world and live a slow-paced day to revitalize yourself.
