Shipping and delivery

We ship products almost anywhere in India other than a few locations, which our logistic partners do not serve. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment's destination. We usually get your shipment delivered within 2-15 business days of your placing the order on our website depending on the location.
If there is any further delay in shipping the products, one of our Customer support will call you regarding the same.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the location and weight of the products. If the order value is above Rs. 1000/-, then we can ship the order free of cost.

Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery,

there are certain conditions under which the delivery

may get delayed:

·       Incorrect shipping address

·       Incorrect PIN code

·       Nobody available at shipping address

·       Extreme weather conditions

·       Other Force Majeures

We send you a confirmation email / SMS once the order is shipped and another email when the order is delivered.
Our Courier partner will deliver the product to you at the address provided by you.

You may collect it after signing the acknowledgement with Contact No. It is mandatory to give Telephone # or

Mobile # of the person who receive the package.

The customer should possess any one of the following documents as ID proof to take delivery of the product:
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter ID Card
- Aadhar Card

We also ship Ayurvedic and Cosmetic products outside India.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
We ship all Ayurvedic & Cosmetic products worldwide except liquids/tonics & generally deliver within 7 to 21 days.

Information regarding

import taxes / customs duties

Orders shipped outside of the India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to

such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are

levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.


Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't

predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local

customs office for more information.


When customs clearance procedures are required, it can

cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
In-Cause, if Customs are not cleared & Products returned,

you will be eligible for a refund of the Product cost

only and not the shipping amount.

Return policy

At N1rvana Organics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • N1rvana Organics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

  • In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on +91 6394 599146, +91 9793 888889 or at and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sale-able condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-

-  Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by N1rvana Organics.

-  Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

-  Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

-  Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

For refunds please note the following –

  • If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-15 working days.

  • For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on

For international customers –

Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refunded happily except shipping and handling levies.
